2. Booking Process
To rent a car you need to:

- Choose the car type
- Choose additional options such as no deposit, no credit card, insurance, child seat
- Provide driver contact information
- Pay 15-20% of the total rental cost
After booking you will receive a voucher by email with instructions and the rental company contact details.

4. Payments and Fees

You can cancel your booking for free according to the conditions displayed during booking. Any changes to the rental dates, car type or additional options must be confirmed by the rental company and may affect the total cost.
6. Driver Requirements
The driver must meet the rental company requirements including valid driving license age and any other conditions specified in the voucher. RosCar Petrovac is not responsible for violations of rental company policies.
7. Liability
RosCar Petrovac acts only as a booking platform and does not own the vehicles. We are not responsible for any damages accidents or violations during the rental period. Liability is determined by the rental company and their insurance policies.
